My shorkie's skin is dark with dark hair after a shot. Is it normal?

Greetings, I have a 2 year old shorkie, blonde/gold in color. About a few months back I took her in for a tetanus shot. The are became swollen and then eventually flattened off. Then on the opposite side, she had a dark bump that eventually erupted w/what looked like blood. Now the spot is dark and after hair loss it has dark hair growing back. I’m really worried but she’s not acting I’ll. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2 years old | 8 lbs

The darkening of the skin is due to a chronic inflammation, and the darker hair regrow could be completely normal. That could be completely response after the skin ''injuries'' you described. If she is not showing any other sign I would not be worried about it.
