My dog is vomiting. Is 10mg omeprazole twice daily safe for her?

Hi my dog started vomiting 4 days ago afternoon spending a couple of nights admitted at my vets she's returned home yesterday I was told by the locum to give her 10mg omeprazole twice daily ? I'm sure in the past overy the years I've only ever given her 1 daily This morning she's drinking more water and has regurgitated twice Is this dose safe ?

While I think it is more common to prescribe omeprazole for once daily use there are reports of using it twice daily. If Lily has been on omeprazole once daily in the past it would be a good idea to check in with your vet to be sure that's the dose they intended.
