My 10-month-old dog won't eat or drink for 2 days. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 28 days old | 60 lbs

Dog has lost appetite 100% in the last 2 days almost instantly. Refuses to eat or drink. Not even treats. 10 months old. Always a extremely healthy appetite.

Poor Ella! It's actually quite serious that she isn't eating or drinking, and those are unfortunately signs of many illnesses. She could have a foreign body, systemic illness, infection, or injury. Given her age and the fact she's had these symptoms for two days, she needs to see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.
