My yellow-bellied slider clicks jaw when basking. Is this normal?

My yellow bellied slider keeps clicking his jaw when basking. Is this normal? He only started doing it this week and otherwise seems healthy.

Unless the beak is overgrown, misaligned or he has other symptoms (lethargy, decreased appetite, etc) then there is likely no cause for concern. This could be a natural behavior that some turtles exhibit.
