My dog has a neck cut after being with another dog. What should I do?

My dog has what seems like a cut on her neck . We recently stayed at a family’s house who have a dog and took my dog with me. I don’t know if it was caused by the dog or something else. Should I be worried? Is there anything I can do to make the healing faster? Thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 5 years and 11 months old | 10 lbs

I would recommend clipping and cleaning the area as you can't really see much with all the fur, then apply antibiotic cream on it 2-3 times a day. if it doesn't get any better within 72 hours i would recommend taking her to your vet to get ti treated.
