My cat is in heat after birth and ignoring kittens. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 6.5 lbs

My cat named Nancy gave birth to 5 kittens and out of which 2 survived, rest of 3 were not even in a shape... It was looking like a fleshy cat made just of flesh... And now it's been 15th day of those kittens... And from past 2 days my cat is showing some signs of heat.... She is not paying attention towards her kittens..... What should i do.... Should i send her for a meeting or what?..and i wanna thank uh for the answer u gave me for my last qstn about my kittens eyes r not opened.... Thank u.

You are welcome, I was glad to help you! Queens can go into heat after kittens, but I would not mate Nancy. She needs to focus on her kittens. Keep all intact males away from her, and keep her in her nesting area with her kittens. She should not be mated again until her kittens are weaned, around five to six weeks of age. Best of luck.
