Hi my dog has not eaten for 3 days now, she is not being sick and she is drinking as normal but she is sleeping a lot more then normal, she is old, I'm just worried about her and I'm going to take her to see the local vet, I'm just looking for a bit of advice before I go.

Sasher does sound pretty sick if she hasn't eaten for three days, and unfortunately anorexia is a general sign of many different illnesses. Things that could be causing this include dental disease, liver failure, kidney failure, heart disease, systemic illness, injury, or cancer to name some. The sooner you get her into the vet, the better. I'd take her now. Best of luck.

Poor Oreo! There could be a couple of reasons why she isn't eating including dental problems, systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. Unfortunately anorexia is a very general sign of illness for many diseases, so it's impossible to narrow it down without seeing her. It's quite serious when a senior dog hasn't eaten for three days and she should see a vet immediately. I hope this helps!
