Hi my bird is puffed up and his down in the cage i dont know what is wrong or how to help him. Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Male

Hello. Your bird is sick, but there is no way to diagnose the problem in this forum. It may be infectious, metabolic, parasitic or even neoplastic. You need to have Blue examined as soon as possible, but until them make sure he is kept as warm as possible. Increasing the room temperature to about 80 degrees will help.
