My Chihuahua has stomach pain and noises. What dog food is best?

I have A 1 1/2 lbs 3years Chihuahua Hey She seems to be having trouble digesting our food When I got her she was pooping blood a snotty slimy now she regular and on dry food but Stomach make some noises and she seemed to be in some pain once in a while She's been warmed and had Shots I have her on Imas Thinking about going to blue What would you recommend

If she's not pooping blood anymore, then I would switch her food. Iams is a great food, and I would never recommend feeding Blue Buffalo. It's a terrible food, and many vets have seen bad cases of hemorrhagic gastroenteritis in dogs who are on Blue Buffalo. It's can normal that their stomach makes noise sometimes, and if her poop is regular, I would not keep change her food. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
