Puppy vomiting blood, lethargic, can't stand. What should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | | 16 lbs

emergency.my puppy was having bile vomit from 2 days so our vet took necessary tests which reports are yet to come.today his condition is getting worse even after serious medication and glucose.he just vomited fresh blood in his bile vomit twice.its late so i cannot call the vet and there are no fkin 24/7 animal hospitals in this country. he is not even able to stand up now.sleeping all the time. but there is no diarrhea as of now.anything i can do until morning?i will take him to vet tomorrow

I'm so sorry to hear that you and Luffy are going through this. That sounds like a very serious situation. I would recommend putting a bit of sugar in his mouth - perhaps some honey or table sugar which will help raise his blood sugar if that's low. The fresh blood doesn't necessarily mean something is very wrong, because that can occur with any prolonged vomiting due to irritation of the lining of the esophagus and/or stomach. However, all the vomiting along with the lethargy has me very worried. If he's willing to eat at all, mix extra water in with the food to try to keep hydration up. I wish their was more you could do at home, but hope that helps even a little bit.
