My puppy's spay incision site has a blood blister. Is this normal?

My puppy was spayed 3 months ago that healed well and suddenly has a blood blister type spot on her incision site. Is this normal?

Hi, It could be a reaction where the suture knot is, it takes longer to the knot to dissolve. I would follow up with the vet to confirm. Sometimes the vet can even see and feel the remains of the knot and try to cut it off or consider support with local/systemic antibiotics . Good luck
