Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Female
My hamster has recently begun to drink more water than usual. She looks and acts the same except for taking a long water break every night. Her cage doesn’t smell different and her urine and feces are the same. She is a robonowski hamster.

Thanks for reaching out about Cloud. Increased water consumption can be an indication of early kidney disease, but other conditions such as a urinary tract infection, diabetes, liver disease, uterine disease and behavioral changes can also be relevant. If the problem persists, seek a visit with a veterinarian. Good luck.
