I just found this in my dogs mouth and I’m really concerned! I was wondering what it is & is it deadly. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | spayed | 3 years and 2 months old | 8 lbs

This may be an localized infection caused by the constant contact with the lower canine tip but a clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm this clinical suspicion and treat appropriately.
