I found a lump in my dog's mouth. What is it? Is it dangerous or deadly?

This may be an localized infection caused by the constant contact with the lower canine tip but a clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm this clinical suspicion and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed. In my opinion it is unlikely to be something more serious than a simple infection but it is difficult to confirm it without a physical examination.
