Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 14 years and 5 months old | 15 lbs

My 14 year old male cat drinks a lot, pees a lot, eats a lot, has loose stools and lost 3 lbs in the past few months. He has been tested for parasite, hyperhtyroid, diabetes, kidney disease and uti.. all came back normal. He has a good energy level. What could be wrong with him?

It is fairly rare, but ask your veterinarian if your kitty may be suffering from Cushing's disease or liver disease. Also sometimes cats can still be hyperthyroid, even though the thyroid parameters are within normal limits (this is called euthyroid sick). He could also have a tumor. In any case, this needs to be investigated further.
