Why is my dog shaking, off balance, and throwing up white foam?

My dog is shaking alot, it’s like she has lost her balance and she is also throwing up white foam. My other dog get’s seizures and takes medicine for that, and i thought she might be having a seizure but i have never seen a seizure like this. I am a little bit worrid because she has been really tired for the past few day, should i be worried ?? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua (Smooth Coat) | Female | unspayed | 7 years old | 8 lbs

Yes, I would be worried about Fjola. She sounds very ill, and I see that she isn't spayed. Unspayed dogs can be prone to developing a pyometra, which is an infection of the uterus. A pyometra can cause the dog to have the signs you are seeing, and it is fatal without treatment. I would take her into a vet immediately to get checked out to be safe. Best of luck.
