My puppy is panting and warm after spay. Is it a fever or infection?

I woke up this am to my puppy panting. She does feel warm. She was spayed on 12/21, I gave her her meds and all was well. Could it be possible that she may now have am infection? Is there anything to give her for a fever? Thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Shihpoo | Female | spayed | 4 months and 9 days old | 11.2 lbs

The incision looks very good, i don't think these symptoms are related to the spay and it definitely doesn't look infected. nevertheless if these symptoms do not resolve today, i would recommend taking her to your vet to get it checked and treated.
