My dog is a yellow lab 11yrs. Recently has lost weight, arched back with tail between legs?some loss of appetite.

Hello. You are describing a pretty sick dog & there are just too many variables to even begin to narrow down the causes. This could be infectious, parasitic, inflammatory, metabolic, neoplastic or even more. So you see, the very best you can do for your companion is to see your veterinarian as soon as possible.
