My dog ate meat netting. Will he be okay or is it an emergency?

Hi my pomeranian swallowed netting from a small joint of meat. This was 2-3hrs ago (my friend is a trainee vet so said he should pass it but i want another opinion as im worried) this is teddy in the pic. He has no bloat or discomfort, hes eating no coughing/choking. Thanks

Teddy is so cute! This can pass without problem, but keep an eye on him to be safe. If you see vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, and/or lethargy, this can be sign that the netting is causing a problem. In that case, take him into a vet immediately. Best of luck and happy holidays.
