My puppy vomited clear liquid and is now lethargic. What's wrong?

my puppy was absolutely alright when suddenly he vomited clear white liquid which wasn't as slimy as mucus. when he was vomiting his stomach started moving crazy and noises from stomach were audible. now he has suddenly become very lethargic. i have given him anti vomit syrup. no diarrhea tho. now after vomiting, he has become very lethargic, and sleeping. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 3 days old | 5.3 lbs

It seems as Luffy is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
