Pramipexole (Mirapex) has a narrow margin of safety in dogs. Nina ingested about 0.02mg/kg. At 0.03mg/kg, you may see vomiting. At doses of .06mg/kg and above, more serious symptoms, such as ataxia (wobbly gait), tremors and increased heart rate are seen. Onset of symptoms is within 90 minutes of ingestion. To be safe, you can have Nuna seen at the nearest veterinary ER. Vomiting can be induced via injection to get the pill out if it has been less than 90 minutes. Activated charcoal may be given afterwards to further reduce absorption. Supportive care may be administered as indicated and she may need to stay for observation. Another option would be to contact the Pet Poison Helpline. They have a large database and will be able to provide more information. There is a fee for this call, but the will work with your veterinarian to help Nuna through this episode. You can find the number on their website ( https://www.petpoisonhelpline.com ).
