My dog's neuter incision is red, wet, and puffy. What can I use?

Pet's info: Dog | French Mastiff | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old | 79 lbs

So my one year old mastiff just got nutered and everything.. today is the day that he is officially done the whole wait time they have after surgery (14 days) hes had his cone off for about a week however i was checking him today and found this.. (picture sent) its wet and red.. and looks just the slightest bit puffy Im not sure if i should put something on it? And if so what do i put on it that will heal it? Alo vera? Please help

It looks like it could be an area of minor infection or irritation. Place the e-collar (cone) back on him for a few more days. Keep the area clean and dry. This may enough to allow for healing. If not, gently clean the area with diluted Betadine or chlorhexidine (Hibiclens). Dry it thoroughly afterwards. A dab of a triple antibiotic ointment can be applied. Aloe can be used as long as the e-collar is in place. If he were to lick it and ingest the aloe vera gel, it could cause stomach upset.
