Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 6 years and 11 months old | 62 lbs
My pittie mix (62 lb F) threw up breakfast yesterday, & then ate about two loaves of plain white bread (no wrapper) while we were away (11am) - seemed normal when we returned (5pm). She pooped on a long walk and got 40% of her usual dinner, which she ate with gusto and begged for more (typical). This morning she did not poop on long walk (45min) and after breakfast lay down on her bed (atypical). No panting, drooling, pacing, whining - but not energetic (unusual). Vet visit needed?

Ricki did eat a lot of bread yesterday plus also had an episode of vomiting. She likely doesn't feel well. I'd keep an eye on her for now, and if this behavior continues, she vomits again, and/or she develops other signs such as diarrhea, extreme lethargy, and anorexia, then I'd take her into the vet. Best of luck.
