My rabbit choked on kale, now lethargic. Why is his pee brown?

My rabbit earlier 2nite had got some caught some kale caught in his throat, we managed to dislodged it but he's been lethargic ever since. He has since moved around ok albeit a little clumsily (normal for him due to having EC 9 months ago) Since then he urinated on the floor (unlike him to do this, but poo's everywhere.) but it was brown. Can you please advise if these 2 could be linked or if its not something to be concerned of? Hes had kale 2 days in a row and read calcium can make it brown? Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Male | neutered | 5 years and 11 months old | 4.2 lbs
