White particles in parrot fish tank after filter and heater off?

I have a problem with parrot fish tank , when after water change I used 1000mg erythromycin for prevention to fungus and bacterial infection for parrot fish , so i today mistakenly not running filter and heater ,after that I seeing that in a large quantities white micro parasitic or bacteria type in tank in a free swimming stage swim all over tank though what I do that in this condition please help me ?

It could be a minor bacterial bloom due to the filter not running. You can perform a partial water change, no more than 30%, and run the filter. Use only aged or conditioned water that is temperature matched to prevent stress or shock. It should clear up after a few days.
