Why is my dog not eating, vomiting dark liquid, and sleeping a lot?

Hi I have a 7 year old female dacssund and she had always had a good appetite but for the last 4 days she hasn’t eaten a thing and has also been sleeping a lot. I noticed yesterday that she had vomited twice and it was a very dark brown/black thin liquid. She has also lost a bit of weight. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund miniature | Female | spayed | 7 years and 7 months old

Dark brown/black liquid is likely vomited blood. You will need to take Minnie to an out of hours service or emergency veterinarian for an exam. If you call your vet there should be emergency information on his phone answering machine or service. Please do not wait until after Christmas.
