How to treat dog's open leg wound when vet isn't available for days?

my dog met with an accident with open wound on lower left leg what can I do now my doctors for treatment is not available for 2 days..will my do die .??but I am sure the dog now don't have bleeding in leg but it licks his leg also I have applied turmeric on wound about 10cm for pathogen free. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | 1 year and 7 months old

Clean the wound as best as you can then apply an antibiotic cream or green clay on the wound at least twice a day until you can get him to your vet to get it treated (he will need systemic antibiotic treatment as well).
