My guinea pig holds his leg up. Can rest heal it without a vet visit?

Can my guinea pigs leg be cured by rest. Because he is eating well and normal but holds his leg up. I don't have any vet around. Because mostly they don't know about guinea pigs. So please help me. He doesn't show any sign except he holds his leg up..please anyone help me by explaining me on this. Pet's info: Small Animal | Guinea Pig | Male

Unfortunately it is impossible for anyone to know in what condition the leg is without a physical examination at the very least, we won't be able to tell you if it could heal or if it can't without it.
