Is this ring worm or her scratching from allergies? She's also sneezing a lot. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 10 years and 10 months old

This doesn't look like ringworm, it's probably a lesion from her scratching (could be due to fleas or ear problem). if she is sneezing a lot she may be suffering from an upper respiratory infection, this will need antibiotic treatment. you need to take her to the vet the first chance you get.
