My puppy's front leg sometimes shakes when he's sitting up, though he has no runny nose or watery eyes, nor are his pads cracking, could the leg trembling alone be a sign of distemper? Pet's info: Dog | Norwegian Elkhound | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 15 days old

That is very unlikely as neurological signs are late signs in distemper infection and come after respiratory ones (such as discharge from eyes and nose and sneezing and so on).
