My puppy spit out a snail after deworming. Is it lungworm? What now?

I had done dewarming to my dog which is 1 months old puppy, within a five day of dewarming I found a lungworm like snail out from his mouth. What do I want to do now... People of my locality where saying that it will kill my puppy within few days. Kindly help me out with your valuable suggestion. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 12 days old

What you saw is not a lungworm, you saw a snail/slug that could potentially carry a lungworm. it takes several months for this worm to develop so even if he got infested it can still be treated with Ivermectin or Advocate spot on for example.
