Why is my African Grey parrot quivering? Is it depressed?

Hello I have an aftican grey parrot he is around 3 years old ,, We usually dont get him outside cage and we feed him seeds , and sometimes every 1 month once we give an apple Recently all his body started quivering when i look at him or i enter the the room that he is in,. And sometimes he start moving his head right and left very fast(like swinging his head) He started making it very often. I didnt notice any change in poop, he stoped playing with himself in the cage,only talking

He sounds like a depressed parrot. you need to let him out of the cage every day, you need to put his cage in the living room, ideally close to a window view. you need to start feeding him a decent diet (no more seeds, only as treats, he needs to eat parrot pellets and fruits mainly). once you start doing all these things he will hopefully get much better.
