What can I do for my senior dog's severe hip pain and mobility issues?

My dog has severe hip problems and she can barely walk due to them and she is a 10 year old golden retriever and normally a very very happy playful dog but lately she can’t really play due to her hips and I was wondering what I can do for her. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | 75 lbs
