Why is my kitten suddenly losing weight and sleeping all the time?

My kitten is losing a lot of weight all of sudden. He went from almost a fat kitten to a super skinny kitten that you can almost see his bones. All he does now is sleep. He used to play all the time but now he just sleeps. We already wormed him and he doesn’t seem like he has any worms. Photo with the Christmas tree was before he started to lose weight. Sudden weight loss is always a very big warning light that should not be taken lightly, it's usually a sign of an internal disease that needs to be investigated, i strongly recommend taking Winter to the vet in order to get it checked, he will need to have a blood test done and possibly an xray as well in order to attempt to diagnose the reason for these symptoms.
