My GSD puppy has uncontrollable energy and bites. How can I help her?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 8 days old | 60 lbs

Excuse my English, i have a white German shepherded and she gets zoomies she is so hyper and it is uncontrollable she stay outside because when she is inside the house she runs all around cant stand still for less than a min when i go outside she starts to run around me crazy and bites me playful . also sometimes when i try to touch her she likes to bite my hand leg i don't know the previous owner how they treated her i had her for 2 month.

All of this sounds like normal puppy GSD behavior. They can have A LOT of energy that just needs to be expelled. I would consider taking her to a doggy day care during the day to see if this helps with her energy at night. I would also enroll her in a puppy behavior classes or have a trainer come to your house to help. These types of dogs need work and also need major behavior training in order to make them good dogs. Also, give her some time. As she becomes older she will mature and should improve but she won't without the appropriate training and attention. I hope this helps!
