Why is my hypothyroid dog skinny and vomiting after medication?

My dog is suffering from hypothyroid.after having tablet dog is skinny.vomitting does not stop.eating grass after vomitting. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 11 months old | 25 lbs

This could be related to hypothyroidism but it could be caused as well to a completely unrelated gastrointestinal inflammation/infection. I would recommend to have Rooney rechecked by your local veterinarian to control thyroid hormone levels first of all. Antibiotics and possibly further investigations (like abdominal imaging as ultrasound or radiographs) may be needed as well.
