Why are my cat's ears twitching constantly, even when sleeping?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Khaomanee | Female | unspayed

Hi! I have a pet cat. Normally, she never twitch her ear. But when I started to take a video of her with some sounds, she started twitching. And even until she tries to sleep, her ears never stop twitching. I feel bad coz she's like having a hard time and tries to shake her head to remove her twitching. Please advise. Thanks in advance

I’m wondering if Potchi might be having muscle tremors. One of the more common causes of tremors would be application of a pyrethrin based flea preventative, although there are other toxins that could cause similar signs. I would recommend having your vet examine Potchi to determine what might be going on and to recommend treatment.
