Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 9 years and 10 months old | 4 lbs
I took her to the vet after thinking she had something growing under her top lip. Vet saw nothing, no swelling, hardness, or anything. She mentioned something about pigmentation ending I think but I was so anxious it’s a blur. I noticed that it occurs on smaller breed dogs after searching on google. Is it because their mouths are small? Precious has an extremely small mouth but it’s stretchy. She has no problems & got a great health check & bloodwork. I’ve just never looked under her lip til now

This looks normal to me. The gums are pink and while there are some larger or thicker areas I don’t see anything to be overly concerned about. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to help you care for Precious.
