What would you say the likelihood of a 12w old pup with 2 parvo boosters contracting parvo?

As long as the vaccines were stored correctly and given correctly (and I only worry about that with breeders or if you buy them yourself from a tractor supply type store), the chances are pretty low. It's far from impossible, but it would be pretty bad luck. That said, most vets would probably still check for it at that age, just to be sure.
