My puppy has a spot. Is it a dangerous tumor or just an infection?

Thanks so much for your reply! This is a closer picture of the spot? I was starting to panic as I thought it was the start of something that could be dangerous to her, like a tumour or something? Do you think it's definitely something caused by bacteria and nothing to worry about? Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 17 days old | 33 lbs

My personal opinion is that there is nothing to be worried about and it does not look like anything serious considering her age and the picture. Unfortunately I cannot give you more specific answers as differentials are mainly trauma (it may be scar tissue) or possibly an infection, but a check up would be essential to be able to confirm it.
