A baby dove fell out of it's nest. During the day there was a mommy dove and the baby seemed as if it was fed. Tonight will be cold and I can't see the mommy dove anymore though the baby doesnt seem hungry must I bring the baby inside or must I keep him outside?

It is best not to move a bird that has fallen from the nest especially if the mother is still caring for it (which you mentioned she is). If you know where the nest is, you can put the baby back into it for the night, or provide a bit of shelter around it for it to climb into so it doesn't get too cold.
