My puppy pulls on leash. Is her collar hurting her throat or windpipe?

My 6 months old puppy is pulling a lot... she has a normal collar on her... She is breathing heavily while she is pulling! Does it hurt her throat? Will it affect her throat in future?

I would encourage you to try to avoid this behavior as much as possible. You can try to use a dog trainer who can help you with this. Best of luck!
