My dog ate tin foil, vomited, and has diarrhea. Can I wait it out?

Hello my dog had eaten some tin foil while I was doing something else and not long after vomited and now has dihera. A lot of it came out with the vomit. I Saddly can’t bring him to the vets right now easily can I wait it out? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered | 60 lbs

Yes if it was chewed well then hopefully it will pass out. I recommend feeding more food to help it pass quickly with the food. If he stops eating, becomes painful or is straining to poop without anything being passed then you should take him in for treatment, I expect he will recover without treatment.
