Why is my hamster drooling a lot with no pain or teeth problems?

My hamster has no signs of overgrown teeth or cheek abscesses. he does not appear to be in any pain and is eating normally... Why is he drooling so much? Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Male | unneutered | 19 days old | 0 lbs
