Why is my cat spaced out, shaking, and having trouble walking?

My 2 1/2-3 year old female cat started acting very strange last night as if she was not all here.. Shaking, big eyed, spaced out acting..her back legs are not working correctly and back claws are not going back in and almost walks on her tippy toes and gets off balance. She has been losing weight for about 2 weeks now, but the acting spaced out started just last night.. What could be going on? I know she hasn't eaten anything bad. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 11 months old | 5 lbs

This sounds like she may have some neurological problem, or possibly a metabolic or infectious condition. This may be an emergency, so please take her to a pet ER for an exam and possibly medical intervention today.
