my cat shedding hairs from ears and around the nose and have lice... please help me in this for better treatment and how long it takes to remove this situation. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 1 month and 15 days old | 1.86 lbs

Billu could have lice but another concern would be ringworm (which humans can get!). To know if there are lice, you need to take him to the vet and they will look under the microscope to know if lice are present. Ringworm is diagnosed with a fungal culture. A product such as Revolution or Advantage Multi will usually kill mites. It will take 2-3 months to get rid of lice. Ringworm is harder to treat and typically involved medicated dips or topical ointments. You will also need an Elizabethan collar so that Billu does not lick off the product. It could take 2-4 months to get rid of ringworm pending which type of treatment is used. I would recommend to make an appointment at your vet to have him diagnosed and treated appropriately.
