My cat pressed his head against the wall once. Should I worry?

My cat was sitting with his head against a wall today but it’s the only time I’ve seen him do it. Is this a cause for concern? It wasn’t relentless like internet searches say. I fed him and he ate and drank. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 4 years and 3 months old | 10 lbs

If it's the only time you've seen Taco (I love his name!) do it, then I wouldn't be concerned. Should it become a repetitive problem, then I would be concerned and have him seen by a vet. Best of luck.
