Why is my dog still vomiting after vet visit and food change?

My dog was poorly overnight wednesday, being sick. We took him vets thursday where they gave him an injection amd suggested the sudden food change was the issue, gone back to his old food but today being sick again. Pet's info: Dog | Shorkie | Male | unneutered | 10 lbs

Poor Bear! If he's already had some medication for vomiting at the vet's and you've tried switching back to his old food and he's still vomiting today, then I would definitely take him back in for a recheck visit. It sounds like he'll probably need some diagnostics such as blood work and x-rays to help determine what's wrong.
