My dog has bumps or flaps on her lip. Are they normal or serious?

Is this something I should be concerned about? I thought these were bumps but maybe it’s just flaps of her lip? I can “lay” them down (as in it’s manipulative) & it just feels like her normal lip. She lets me touch them with no problem. I just don’t think I’ve noticed it before. She was running around with a hard ball in her mouth this morning & eats fine so I know she’s not in pain. She also recently had check up, bloodwork, Ua & t4 done. Everything was good. This just scares me. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 9 years and 10 months old | 4 lbs

These look like areas of inflammation, if they persist longer than 3 weeks I would recommend getting them checked by your vet who may want to take scrapings or biopsies to rule out any sinister causes
