Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | neutered | 6 lbs
My cat has horrible farts. He sometimes has leaky stools. I feed him friskies should i change wet food?

It is very possible the food is causing Mac some GI distress. Other possible causes could include illnesses, infections, parasites etc. A good first step is to bring in a sample of Mac's stool to your vet for an exam and to check for parasites/common GI issues. If he checks out OK, looking to switch him to a different diet or trying out a feeding trial with your vet may help if there is an ingredient he is allergic to. It is best to transition to new food over a period of 7-9 days, gradually adding in more of the new and less of the old, to avoid further GI irritation.
