Why is my African Grey parrot sick, inactive, and has mouth mucus?

Hi,I have a sick African Grey parrot, it's not active at all whistles once which is not normal.some sticky mucus comes from her mouth,we took her to a vet,she was given injections and was prescribed some medicine. What could be the main problem? Pet's info: Bird | African Grey | Female

Rani is probably very ill, but i couldn't tell you what is wrong based on these very general symptoms, you will need to take her to an avian vet where a blood test and faecal exam will be done to determine what is the cause of the disease before it can be treated.
